Seese, P.A. was started to provide sophisticated representation with the cost efficiencies of a boutique firm. We practice all aspects of bankruptcy law, including out-of-court workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations and bankruptcy litigation. We represent clients in acquiring assets and businesses out of bankruptcy proceedings. We have appeared on behalf of clients in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Over the years, we have represented clients engaged in real estate development, construction, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, health care and aviation. We have assisted and advised clients in acquiring retail chains, hotels, office buildings and other assets. We represent clients in various types of litigation matters, including complex litigation, before the bankruptcy courts.
