Chapter 11

We represent businesses in and out of Chapter 11 reorganizations. Sometimes an out of court workout is neither possible nor strategically beneficial. Therefore, we represent businesses in all facets of Chapter 11 reorganizations. We have also used Chapter 11 as a means of effectuating and otherwise implementing transactions, including sales of assets and businesses.
